Sacramento business leaders launched a Spanish-language website Friday to help Latino employers and employees navigate the health-reform law. The goal is to ensure small business owners and workers have access to critical information in the language they understand best. Latinos represent a significant number of California’s uninsured and are critical to the success of the Affordable Care Act. “It is essential that employers understand the health care law to take full advantage of its benefits and incentives, including tax credits that can make it easier for businesses to provide coverage to employees,” according to a recent report in the Sacramento Business Journal.
